Hebei Grand Sunergy New Energy and Technology Co., Ltd has recently held the groundbreaking ceremony of its 2GW HJT module production line in the Economic Development Zone of Zhangjiakou City.
The project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, leases 60,000 square meters of standardized plant in the development zone, plans to build 2GW PV module production line, and is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 4 billion yuan after it goes into operation.
Wu Jun, chairman of Grand Sunergy expressed that the company takes the construction of 2GW HJT module project as the entry point, to fully launch the planning and construction of Grand Sunergy’s HJT Double Carbon Industrial Park, and make every effort to accelerate the landing of ultra-thin N-type silicon wafers, high-efficiency HJT cells, BIPV, source-grid-load-storage direct power supply and other projects, so that the concept of zero carbon industry is not just on the paper, and build China’s HJT industry ecological chain park.
